Hi,

I'm Bhavya, and I believe that learning should always feel like an adventure.

I am an artist at heart and a play designer by profession.

Through charcoal and tinted pastels, I capture the eternal dance between urban energy and natural serenity—often dreaming of life away from the city's hustle when I'm surrounded by concrete, yet missing those vibrant city lights when embraced by nature's quiet.

This beautiful contradiction flows through all my work. Here's a piece that embodies this feeling:

Beyond the canvas, I love creating meaningful play experiences! One of my games, Rahee, won the best game in development award at Egcbl, Aarhus University, Denmark. Here's me presenting the research behind it at HCI, IIT Bombay:

Toys are meaningful and nothing beats open-ended play!
I love making toys. My BFF, a therapy and SEL toy, qualified for the top 25 concepts in the Cognify competition, IIT Madras from 1000 participants across India. We made these inclusive toys for autistic children and got amazing feedback from the children themselves!

I also enjoy organizing and conducting workshops for kids, making activities for them. Here's me taking a workshop on memory games:

Whether through the raw expressiveness of charcoal or the joy of meaningful play, my work explores the human experience—our connections, emotions, and the spaces between movement and stillness.
